Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund, if they are unsatisfied or merchandise arrive broken. 

Refunds are credited back to customers’ Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit/debit cards or PayPal.

It’s not required to return the merchandise. 

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
